Across the email signature category, published entry prices cluster between €0.90 and €2 per user per month. The catch: most platforms don't publish a price at all. The path to a number is a sales call and a quote, and that quote likes to arrive with base fees, setup fees and other hidden costs stacked on top of the per-user rate.
We think that's backwards. Signature management is simple software and deserves a simple price: one number, every feature, both platforms.

Every active user in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory counts. You can't leave individual users out of the count.
You pay for every active user in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory, nothing more. When someone joins, one licence is added; when someone leaves and their account is removed, it drops off again. No plan changes, no surprise price increases. On the annual plan, licences are paid a year in advance and are not refunded if your headcount goes down during that year.
Your account freezes. We never ask for a credit card during the trial, so there is no automatic conversion into a paid subscription and no charge of any kind. When you're ready, add a payment method and continue where you left off.
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. The annual plan runs for a year and renews unless cancelled with 14 days' notice before the renewal date.
Yes. Pricing is $1.20 per user per month or $12 per user per year. Your currency is set automatically based on the country of your workspace.
All prices exclude VAT. For EU business customers with a valid VAT ID, the reverse-charge mechanism applies. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

All customer data is EU-hosted in Germany and is not replicated outside the EU. A Data Processing Agreement is available to every customer.
