No. Signivo is built so that one admin, typically in HR or operations, connects Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and deploys signatures in about two minutes. Template changes roll out in real time without IT involvement or end-user support.
Only the admin. On Google Workspace, signatures are deployed centrally into each colleague's mail client, with no install at all. On Microsoft 365, one admin adds the Signivo add-in once and assigns it to everyone, and Outlook syncs it on its own. Either way, nobody on your team installs anything, logs into a new tool or edits a template. From the employee's perspective, signatures just become correct and stay correct.
All data is EU-hosted in Germany on Google Cloud Platform. Signivo is GDPR compliant by design: no profiling, no tracking, no data sold to anyone. We process only what's needed for signatures (names, roles, contact details from your directory), nothing more.
